Biomimicry Design Lab

Instructors: Great Lakes Biomimicry team, faculty from The University of Akron’s Biomimicry Research and Innovation Center and faculty from the Cleveland Institute of Art 

Learning Objective: This technical training and practice uses an original, real-world design challenge. Participants will develop the skills and biomimicry mindset for tackling innovation challenges in their organizations.     

Target Audience: An organization’s biomimicry advocate, practitioner and/or specialist who has completed our Fundamentals of Biomimicry workshop or equivalent training and desires to become a leader in using biomimicry design thinking for innovation within their organization.

Session Format: Eight in-person sessions (a mix of full and half days) with additional virtual support and mentoring throughout the entire process.

Price $4,000 per participant; special non-profit, government and student rate is $1,500 per participant; all groups of 2 or more receive 20% off
