Maximilian Loeffler Digital Marketing

Maximilian is a collaborator with Great Lakes Biomimicry, assisting with digital marketing efforts. He is a recent graduate of Baldwin Wallace University (BWU), where he studied International Business and Marketing and participated in various co-ops, internships and programs, has accrued over five years experience in online marketing, market research, Voice of the Customer qualitative assessment, and sustainable community building. These involvements include Baldwin Wallace University’s Center for Innovation and Growth Fellowship program, Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems’ (CVS) rotational marketing co-op program, Entrepreneurship Immersion Week and American Field Services Foreign Exchange Program: Costa Rica. During his time at Bendix CVS, Max focused on increasing market share within the remanufactured brakes shoes CoC, along with competitor analysis and new product development research.

Max has demonstrated a fundamental understanding of biomimicry by being the first to complete two pilot biomimicry courses offered at BWU, co-taught by professors at The University of Akron and The Cleveland Institute of Art.

His commitment to the local community and environmental activism extends to his volunteer engagement at City Fresh an Oberlin, Ohio based Community Service Agriculture (CSA) with a mission to provide fresh local produce to urban food deserts in the surrounding Cleveland area.
